mt33 Platform Usage

By accessing, registering or using any part of the mt33 platform — including the website, mobile application or related services — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the mt33 platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is presented will be deemed unconditional acceptance of the updated terms.

mt33 services are only available to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Aged 21 years or above at the date of account registration.
• Located in a geographical area that permits access to online gambling services as operated by mt33.
• Not subject to any court order or legal restriction prohibiting participation in gambling activities.
• Not previously banned or excluded, whether voluntarily or mandatorily, from mt33 or any related gambling platform.

mt33 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified period may result in temporary suspension or account closure. ⚠️

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the mt33 platform. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, mobile number, email, identity card number or payment method is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts involved along with forfeiture of any existing balance.

During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Required information includes but is not limited to full name, identity card number (MyKad) or passport, active mobile number, and a valid email address.

Users are fully responsible for ensuring the security of their account password. mt33 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's negligence in protecting their login information.

mt33 supports several payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM50. No maximum limit is set for standard deposits, however accounts that require review or exceed certain thresholds may be subject to additional verification processes.

• All deposits must come from a legitimate source owned by the account holder themselves.
• mt33 reserves the right to reject deposits suspected of involving money laundering or fraud.
• Deposited funds do not earn any interest and cannot be transferred to a third party.
• Any transaction costs or fees charged by the payment method provider are the responsibility of the user.

Users may withdraw funds from their mt33 account balance subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes from the time the request is received.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes.
• Any outstanding wagering requirements will prevent a withdrawal until those requirements have been met.
• mt33 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving a withdrawal request.

In situations requiring security or compliance checks, withdrawal processing time may be longer. The mt33 customer support team will contact affected users via email or live chat to provide updates.

mt33 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. Users are advised to read the bonus conditions before accepting them.

Welcome Bonus:

• 100% match bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,500.
• The wagering requirement is 10 times the value of the bonus received before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 10 = RM1,000.
• Example: Deposit RM3,200 → Bonus RM1,500 → Balance RM4,700 → Wagering requirement: RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000.

VIP Programme:

mt33 runs a five-tier VIP programme — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — with weekly cashback rates ranging from 0.2% (Bronze) to 1.2% (Diamond). Progression to a higher tier depends on the user's betting activity level over time.

All games available on the mt33 platform — including slots, live casino, sportsbook and sports betting — are operated according to the respective game rules set by the game providers. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.

• Game results generated by the system are final and cannot be amended.
• mt33 reserves the right to void any bet or game round involved in a technical error or fraud.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session, any unresolved bet amount will be returned to the user's account balance.
• Users may not use any method, software or strategy intended to exploit system vulnerabilities.

Users of the mt33 platform agree to use the service responsibly and to comply with all established policies. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using a false identity or lending an account to another party.
• Any form of fraud, hacking or attempts to access another user's account.
• Using automation software, betting bots or third-party tools not approved by mt33.
• Deliberately exploiting pricing errors, odds display errors or any system inconsistencies.
• Any activity suspected to be related to money laundering or illegal financing.

• Service disruptions resulting from scheduled system maintenance or events beyond mt33's control.

• The user has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is involved in fraudulent activity, manipulation or system exploitation.
• Information provided during registration is false or inaccurate.
• The account is being used for money laundering or other illegal activities.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the mt33 customer support team via live chat or email. Valid remaining balances will be returned once all conditions are met, subject to any necessary investigation.

mt33 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at mt33's absolute discretion. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the platform, unless another date is specifically stated.

It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, please contact our support team to close your account.

The mt33 platform operates under international licensing and complies with the regulations set by the regulatory body that issued the licence. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable law based on the jurisdiction of mt33's international licence.
